“So I had a mentor who really expressed to me how important it was to keep some part, whether it’s your foot, your hand or something in the work, otherwise you get too far detached. And what brought us into this space and what drives us isn’t Excel or Word or PowerPoint.
So although we might be best suited to manage or to lead, we have to stay somehow connected to technology or we lose it and get burnt out…”
